- Consideration to be given to the traffic when contractors are working on site, to minimise disruption and traffic congestion on a busy road.
- Consideration to be given to decreasing part of the garden to improve on site parking.
The Clerk will submit the decision of the Parish Council and raise the concerns mention above with suggestions for improved parking on site, immediately after the meeting to meet the deadline.
Mr Watson reported that he has been approached by the resident who has submitted the application to ask if he would provide feedback following the Parish Council meeting. It was agreed that Mr Watson could share the Councils decision including the points raised and recommendations.
- 9. Any Other Business
9.1 Mrs Gill Walker was invited by the Chair to attend the Parish Council meeting following a letter sent to the Chair raising matters in relation to the Village Hall. A summary of the matters raised centred upon the running of the Village Hall, booking of the hall, Health and Safety, Safeguarding and associated polices for all aspects referred to.
